One size does not fit all

My entry into the world of blogging… After ranting and raving about HR for so long, I have decided to share my thoughts and views. HR is absolutely a passion for me. To have the opportunity to enhance the working lives of others, to show them their value, to see how that contributes to the bottom line- that is what makes the work so rewarding. I have worked for large and small companies, from coast to coast and in Canada. If there is anything I have learned- it is that one size does not fit all. Every company has its own culture, its own needs.

    I look forward to many more days of thoughts on HR and companies - while I’ve heard your brilliant thoughts (and rants) many times, the world needs more Melina.
