On my last job, I really thought of giving gifts to everyone. Our company was in a tight budget and I was about to leave. What I did was I went to the SHRM Conference and pick up three bags of freebies for my now ex co-workers. When they come in, they felt relieved and happy for once after a long's day work and that put a smile in my face.
